Design the structure of vaayaa text-based Micro-Diplomas and Micro-Degrees: learning outcomes, module flow, practice questions and resource kits that help busy adults learn.
This is a remote contract role. You can work from anywhere in India. Experience level: 2 to 5 years.
What you will do
- Define learning outcomes and module structure for new courses
- Turn subject matter into clear, self-paced text lessons with examples and practice
- Design quizzes and knowledge checks aligned to each outcome
- Review drafts from authors and improve flow and clarity
- Use learner feedback to improve existing courses
What you bring
- 2 to 5 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development or EdTech content
- B.Ed, M.Ed or a related qualification is a plus
- Strong writing skills and knowledge of adult learning principles
- Experience with text-first or self-paced online learning
