Manage relationships with vaayaa Business Associates who help learners enroll offline, so that every partner is trained, supported and growing.
This is a remote contract role. You can work from anywhere in India. Experience level: 2 to 5 years.
What you will do
- Onboard and train new Business Associates on courses, pricing rules and processes
- Be the main contact for a portfolio of BA partners
- Track partner performance and plan growth with each partner
- Resolve partner queries on enrollments, invoices and payouts
- Share partner feedback with product and operations teams
What you bring
- 2 to 5 years of experience in account management, channel sales or franchise operations
- Strong communication skills in English and at least one Indian language
- Organized, target-aware and comfortable with CRM and spreadsheets
- Experience with education or training partners is a plus
