Run the day-to-day operations of the vaayaa Envoy and affiliate programs: onboarding partners, tracking referrals, answering partner questions and keeping payouts accurate.
This is a remote contract role. You can work from anywhere in India. Experience level: 0 to 2 years.
What you will do
- Onboard new Envoys and affiliates and explain program rules clearly
- Track referrals, enrollments and commissions and reconcile them each month
- Answer partner questions and resolve tracking or payout issues
- Share approved course updates and campaign material with partner communities
- Prepare simple weekly reports on partner activity
What you bring
- 0 to 2 years of experience in operations, sales support, community management or campus ambassador programs
- Strong spreadsheet skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and spoken English
- Comfortable with WhatsApp community and email-based coordination
